After uploading, the images are processed using AI: face recognition, cropping, background removal, and alignment are performed automatically. The system takes into account the specific requirements of the university—e.g., ICAO standards or internal design specifications.

A manual control function is available for additional quality assurance. It allows for quick visual inspection and easy requesting of new images—including automated justification for rejection. The interface is designed so that even large quantities can be processed efficiently.

All data is processed exclusively in an ISO 27001-certified data center in Switzerland. Image analysis is performed using proprietary, locally operated AI models—no data is transferred abroad.
