3 Steps to a Consistent Photo
1 - Upload photo
Photos are taken with your own smartphone or on site using the Photo Collect app or the self-service photo upload at the photo kiosk. Test upload.
2 - Validate photo
The photo is automatically checked by the AI. In addition, an unsuitable photo can be requested again via the optional quality control.
3 - Crop photo
The header is centered and cropped to the desired size. The background is replaced. The photo can be used directly for digital employee ID cards or access cards.
4 - Export photo
The finished photos are exported collectively - via ZIP, sFTP, via an integration or via API. They are then automatically deleted - 100% data protection compliant.
