Photo Collect is the leading platform for collecting and processing photos of people - perfect for employee ID cards, access cards, websites or the intranet.

Step 1: Upload
Photos are taken with your own smartphone or on site using the Photo Collect app or the self-service photo upload at the photo kiosk. Test upload.
Step 2: Validate
The photo is checked by the AI. An insufficient photo can be requested again via the optional quality control - ideal for photo capture in HR.
Step 3: Cutting to size
The header is centered and cropped to the correct size. The background is replaced. This saves time during further processing for digital employee ID cards or access cards.
Step 4: Export
The finished photos are exported collectively - via ZIP, sFTP, via an integration or via API. They are then automatically deleted - 100% data protection compliant.
